If you’re considering buying a home in the Broomfield neighborhood of Willow Run here are some recent sales statistics:
According to the Metrolist service that keeps track of most home sales along the Front Range, in the last year the average home in Willow Run sold for $249,000. That works out to around $151 per square foot. Days on the market run around 80.
If you’re concerned about whether homes in Willow Run hold their value, from 2003-2004, the average price $248,000. From 2004-2005, the average price was $247,000. From 2005-2006, the average price $245,000. While sale prices have dipped slightly in the last few years they do appear to be on their way up again.
Willow Run currently has 9 properties available, starting in the upper $230’s and ending in the upper $260’s.
