Great new Italian Restaurant in Westminster
I had lunch at Enzo’s Italian Cuisine & Espresso today and I loved it! This is actually a rare occurrence for me because there are a lot of sucky restaurants out there. A lot!
It’s at 120th and Pecos, in the cruddy looking little strip mall type place on the north-west corner, where the Mexican restaurant used to be. It’s shoved way back in the corner, so don’t miss it!
They don’t have their liquor license yet but they hope to by Valentine’s Day.
The wait staff is extremely friendly and happy to offer suggestions. In fact they told me that the Veal and/or Chicken Marsala are to die for. (If you like that sort of thing I guess.)
I had a calzone with green peppers and black olives also stuffed with a ricotta/spinach/onion mixture. That was $5 and it’s a little pricier for dinner. The calzone was packed full of the veggies which I appreciate. I seriously hate it when restaurants cut corners in all the wrong places.
I also added a garden salad for $1. What I really liked about the salad is that it was a fresh tasting romaine mixture with GOOD veggies, not just cheap ones as some restaurants use. And the bread sticks were freakin’ awesome!
They have all the spaghetti you can eat for $5 on Wednesdays. And I might add here that they don’t do it in the politically correct form “all you CARE to eat” - they tell it like it is - “all you CAN eat.”
They even gave me a 2 for 1 entree coupon and and 2 for 1 coffee drink coupon on my way out the door and I LOVE coupons!
Their dinner prices range from about $10-$15 and it includes a salad.
They’re open 7 days a week from 10:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. and their phone number is 303.255.1162.
