I think that buyer’s sometimes believe they don’t need to use a Buyer’s Agent with a brand new build. Unfortunately, sometimes home builders tell buyers that if they use a Buyer’s Agent they can’t get special incentives. (Although I’ve never had this experience personally, I’ve heard of it happening.)
A Buyer’s Agent can do the same thing for your new home build as they can if you were buying any other home:
They represent your best interests and keep your financial (and other) information confidential.
They save you time and effort by researching all the ins and outs of the community and help you formulate the best offer possible.
They negotiate on your behalf to get you the best price, upgrades, plot, and timeline.
