A bit about Anthem Ranch in Broomfield
This is the first in a series on the Anthem Ranch development in Broomfield.
Anthem Ranch is an “active adult” community located roughly at 160th and Lowell in Broomfield. Someone in the home must be at least 50 years old to live there. Grandkids can visit for 60 days per year.
This posting (more to follow!) focuses on the Keystone model. The Keystone model is 1,967 square feet, 2 bedrooms + office space + great room, 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, basement and 2 car garage.
Several Keystone homes will be available this summer and range in the $400’s.
