This is the second in a series on the Anthem Ranch development in Broomfield.
Anthem Ranch is an “active adult” community located at (roughly) 160th and Lowell in Broomfield. Someone in the home must be at least 50 years old to live there. Grandkids can visit for 60 days per year.
This posting (more to follow!) focuses on the Breckenridge model. The Breckenridge model is 1,876 square feet, 2 bedrooms + office space + great room, 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, optional deck, basement and 2 car garage.
Several Breckenridge homes will be available this summer and range in the $400’s.
