Here is the last model home in my Skinny Mini Walking Tour of Anthem Ranch. The Aspen Model is included in the Estate Series along with the Vail and the Snowmass.
The Premier Series includes Breckenridge, Keystone, and Steamboat models.
The Aspen model has 2,837 square feet, 2 bedrooms, office space, 2.5 bathrooms, extra living areas, spacious kitchen, great room, optional covered deck, basement, and 3-car garage.
The Aspen Model happens to be my very favorite - I think the kitchen is to die for - just so you know, in case you were wondering what to get me for my brithday.
It appears that there will be an Aspen home available in June priced in the low $700’s and a couple in September in the high $600’s, which again would make it a perfect birthday present - okay, okay, there’s the issue with the fact I’m not old enough to live there but, details, details, right?
Remember that this week only Anthem Ranch is offering to pay your mortgage until 2009, if you sign a contract to close on a home before June 30, 2008!
