Not my niche!

Realtors often choose niche markets in which to specialize. Jackie Youngblood in Florida specializes in “naked real estate.” Before you get too excited I meant that she specializes in “Clothing Optional and Nudist Resorts” in Pasco County, Florida.

I suspect there is not a big call for that in Colorado. And even if there is, don’t expect me to go and find it for you! Not that there’s anything wrong with that – I kinda had to say that, didn’t I – I’m about as free market as they come – it’s just not my niche.

I do specialize in the Broomfield area however and in higher priced homes – I am just starting a video collection of “Skinny Mini Walking Tours” and have covered Anthem Ranch and The Reserve at the Broadlands so far, if you’d like to take a peek in those homes from the comfort of your own home.
