Anthem Ranch, an active adult community, in Broomfield Colorado has released several of their “Classic Models” for sale. Anthem Ranch also has a rec center, the Aspen Lodge. 30,000 square feet with indoor walking track, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, outdoor pool, billiards, multi-purpose room, fitness center with aerobic and weight equipment, fitness classes and a full time, on-site Lifestyle Director. Membership to the rec center is included in your monthly HOA fees which are $137 per month.
