The infamous community wide Broadlands Garage Sale will be held on April 19 this year!
The HOA is starting to gather addresses of participating homes and they are listing them here.
Also, if you live outside the Broadlands but are interested in obtaining a pool pass this year you may apply for a membership and find more information here.
