For those of you who are considering the Willow Run neighborhood in Broomfield, CO here are some sales statistics for the month of March.
March was actually a pretty good month for Willow Run - one home sold for $285,000 which, unless I’ve completely lost my mind, is the highest sale price ever in this neighborhood. I think the highest was $280,000 and it has been at least a couple of years since we’ve seen that.
2765 Fernwood Pl. sold for $259,900 on March 31 after 144 days on the market. It’s a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom with 2,447 TOTAL square feet.
2616 Fernwood Pl. sold for $285,000 on March 7 after 151 days on the market. It’s a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom with 3,184 TOTAL square feet.
One of the most unique aspects to the Willow Run neighborhood is that it’s a fairly “young” neighborhood (meaning most homes are no more than 10 years old) and there are no monthly HOA fees or covenants. It’s good for those of you who want to park a camper in the backyard BUT Broomfield code must still be followed so things don’t get too crazy.
As of today, there are 6 homes for sale in Willow Run ranging in price from $239,000 to $284,900.
The above properties were listed and sold by various MLS agents. Note: Statistics and representations is based on information from Metrolist, Inc. for the period 3/1/2008 - 4/21/2008.
