Broadlands Enclave Windham Model Tour

I recently toured the Enclave models in the Broadlands which were built by Toll Brothers. I have decided these are my new favorite model homes! Absolutely gorgeous, tall, sweeping and open floor plans! As of this writing they only have 10 spots left though. They homes start in the mid-$500’s.

For those of you who aren’t from Broomfield, the Broadlands is a very large community located within several minutes of both I-25 and 470 and is also close to Highway 36.

Broadlands residents are closest to Adams County District 12 schools.
