This house was my favorite of the 2 Toll Brothers homes that I toured in the Broadlands, although it is quite large. When sellers say “open floor plan” they must have had this house in mind, because it is all very open as the kitchen flows into the living room and the breakfast nook and the foyer and back again.
The 2nd floor includes 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bathroom is as big as the guest room in many homes! And the walk in closet, which is just off the bathroom, seems to go on forever!
The basement includes a media room, game room, bar area AND a secret room (yes I said secret room) hidden behind one of the built in bookshelves.
This house starts in the upper $500’s and has 4,237 square feet.
