Anthem Ranch has recently released 25 new home sites that are available for purchase and has 9 homes that can close in 90 days. The Premier Plus model availability is a little too lengthy to detail here but the models are: Steamboat, Breckenridge and Keystone and homes will be available from May through February and range in price from $383,990 - $474,290.
