New mailbox!
This may be one you haven’t heard of before but it is one of those important little extras that I like to point out to people. Would a cruddy looking mailbox kill a deal? I certainly hope not! But it’s one of those things that indicates you pay attention to details and you’ve probably taken care of the house overall too.
If you’re artistic you could always decorate the mailbox but it isn’t necessary, just make sure it looks good and not like it has seen better days. If your mailbox is supported by a wooden post consider painting it a pretty color like blue or yellow to add some color to your yard. (Just don’t make it too wild!)
