In the first six months of 2008, according to Metrolist statistics, in the Broomfield neighborhood Willow Run, 11 properties sold with an average price of $253,552 or $156 per square foot.
The part that I found most interesting was the average Days On Market: 30 to be exact! For the first half of this year it took approximately a month to sell a home in Willow Run. That’s huge!
The data for all of 2007 indicates the average home in Willow Run sold for $247,913 or $153 per square foot.
The data for all of 2006 indicates the average home in Willow Run sold for $245,168 or $145 per square foot.
Willow Run currently has 9 properties available for sale ranging in price from $199,900-$278,900, most have at least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The neighborhood has no HOA, or covenants, is approximately 10 years old, backs to the Dry Creek Open Space area and is close to several area schools and shopping.
