I previewed a home in The Village at Harmony Park in Westminster at 128th and Zuni the other day and decided to crank up my trusty Flip camera and shoot some video. The Village is located just a heart beat away from the corner of 128th and Zuni (west of Zuni is Broomfield, while east of Zuni is Westminster at this particular intersection).
The Dry Creek Open Space path is just across the street from the subdivision on the south and a beautiful pond with walking path is just across the street from the subdivision on the west. There is also an exclusive community pool along with a variety of play areas and parks inside the neighborhood.
HOA dues are $72 per month and include trash removal, use of the clubhouse and pool. Some homes include grounds maintenance.
Schools in the area include Arapahoe Ridge Elementary, Silver Hills Middle, and Legacy High. It is located in the Adams 12 School District.
