Real Estate Market Report Red Leaf Broomfield CO October 2009

Presenting your Red Leaf Real Estate Market Report for October 2009 brought to you by Skinner Properties and Investments. I hope that you find this information useful!

Red Leaf is a Broomfield, CO neighborhood which is located just west of Lowell Blvd., south of 136th Ave., east of Sheridan Blvd., and north of 128th Avenue. Homes range in the high-$200′s to the $500′s.

Homes in the Courtyard section are considered patio homes where outside maintenance, water, sewer, trash, lawn care, etc. is included in the HOA fees.

One of the biggest complaints I hear about Red Leaf is the small yards. And yet I’ve had clients who want to live in Red Leaf because they don’t want a large yard so it’s obviously a matter of your preferences and needs.

What intrigues a lot of home buyers about Red Leaf is the fact it’s located just north of the Paul Derda Recreation Center and the Broomfield County Commons Park – many homes in the area are within easy walking distance of either.

The new Orchard shopping center at 144th and Huron is a short drive away as is the Flatiron Mall. There is also a WalMart and Lowes located at 136th and Huron and a mammoth King Soopers/Kroger grocery store at 136th and Zuni.

In the month of October 2009 there were 3 homes newly listed in Red Leaf. (One of which I would like to point out is 13283 Niwot Trail which was listed by Skinner Properties and Investments and it is also one of the three currently under contract!)

There are also 3 homes that are currently under contract.

One home sold in October:

13223 Little Raven Way*
$320,000
2,852 square feet total
4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms
