First time home buyer tip #18

Winter Friend
Demand excellence from your real estate professionals. Whether it’s your Realtor or your mortgage broker or lender. Remember they are working for YOU. You want someone who isn’t bothered if you have a zillion questions, and who promptly returns your phone calls and emails. If you do have questions, don’t hesitate to ask them, it’s okay and advisable to ask as many questions as you need. This is a serious commitment and huge financial obligation after all. You also want someone who takes their obligation to work in your best interest seriously.

I love helping first time home buyers so if you have any questions or would like help viewing an available home please don’t hesitate to contact me at 303.887.1883 or beth@bethskinner.com.
