McKay Landing is a Broomfield, CO neighborhood which is located just west of Zuni St., south of 144th Ave., east of Lowell Blvd. and the Broadlands neighborhood, and north of 136th Avenue. The original condominium/townhome portion of McKay Landing was built by James Company on the south end of the development. Monthly HOA fees run approximately $200 per month and includes clubhouse, insurance, community pool, snow removal, external building and roof maintenance, water, sewer, trash removal and grounds maintenance.

The newer portion of the condominium/townhome section (Fair Wind at McKay Landing) is at the north end of the development and are being built by Engle Homes and Ascent Builders.
