McKay Landing is a Broomfield, CO neighborhood which is located just west of Zuni St., south of 144th Ave., east of Lowell Blvd. and the Broadlands neighborhood, and north of 136th Avenue. Homes range in the $300’s to the $600’s. For the condominium/townhome November Real Estate Report click here.

What intrigues a lot of home buyers about McKay Landing is the sense of community many who live there elicit. “Old fashioned” block parties are held in various parts of the neighborhood on a regular basis as well as various small groups who get together once a week to play cards and socialize.

The new Orchard shopping center at 144th and Huron is a short drive away as is the Flatiron Mall. There is also a WalMart and Lowes located at 136th and Huron and a mammoth King Soopers/Kroger grocery store at 136th and Zuni.
