Willow Run is a Broomfield, CO neighborhood which is located just south of 128th Ave., west of Zuni St., north of the Willow Run open space area, and east of Lowell Blvd. and the Columbine Meadows neighborhood. Homes range mainly in the mid to upper $200′s. What a lot of home buyers appreciate about Willow Run is the fact there is no HOA or covenants but of course you must still abide my Broomfield City Codes, and you can get quite a bit of bang for your buck in terms of square footage. The neighborhood is a little more than 10 years old.
