Anthem Highlands is a new Broomfield, CO neighborhood which is located just south of Highway 7 and 168th Ave., east of Lowell Blvd., and west of Sheridan Blvd. Homes range mainly in the $300′s-$400′s. The Anthem Highlands suburb includes 15 parks, 11 ponds, 48 miles of trails, and a 32,000 square foot community recreation center. This $14 million facility is for Anthem Highlands residents only and includes 2 outdoor pools with water slides, outdoor tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, fitness center, large screen TV’s, and so on.

In the month of December 2009 there were no additional existing homes listed for sale but keep in mind it is a brand new community so many homes that are purchased are new builds. No homes went under contract there either.
