Anthem Ranch is a new Broomfield, CO neighborhood which is located just south of Highway 7 and 168th Ave., and west of Lowell Blvd. Homes range anywhere from high $200′s to high $600′s. The Anthem Ranch suburb includes 48 miles of biking and hiking trails, 806 acres of open space, 15 parks and the 30,000 square foot Aspen Lodge Recreation Center. This Rec Center includes a movie theater, indoor swimming pool and walking track, billiards room, and workout area.

There was 1 new home listed in December although keep in mind it is a brand new community so you can always choose a new home of your own.
