Foreclosure rate in Colorado 5.46%

Found this link today which shows the foreclosure rate in each state. Note that Colorado’s foreclosure rate is 5.46% which means that more than 94% of the homes in Colorado are NOT in foreclosure. Florida, California, Arizona and Nevada still lead the nation’s foreclosures by good measure which if you only count what you see on the nightly news you’re likely surprised, right?
