Forbes names Denver metro area one of top ten places where it’s better to buy than rent

Forbes magazine took a whole bunch of data, crunched it together and determined that the Denver metro area is one of the top 10 places in the US to buy a house right now because it’s a better buy than rent. What you would pay to rent vs. what you pay to buy.
Quality of life.
Job stability.

Of course if you already own a home in this area you knew that. If you rent, but are thinking this might be the year to buy, and you can afford it, then talk to a lender or mortgage broker and see what kind house you might be able to afford.
