The Wildgrass Broomfield Lifestyle
History: Homes were built in the mid to late 2000’s by Standard Pacific and Taylor Morrison. Trails that wind throughout the neighborhood took 10 years to complete.

As you would expect, homes are spacious – most start at over 3,000 square feet and go up to well over 5,000 square feet – and include that designer touch that you’d expect in such a delightful community. Many homes feature gourmet kitchen designs, spa-like bathrooms and outdoor living areas that allow you to enjoy the incredible scenery throughout the community. The HOA is approximately $74 per month and includes use of the clubhouse, tennis courts, community pool, and trash removal. Sold prices in 2014 have ranged from $417,000 to $786,750.

If you’re looking for a more formal workout setting, a short trip east, on 144th Ave, is the massive Lifetime Fitness facility. And all Broomfield residents (at discounted rates) can enjoy the Paul Derda Rec Center, and everything it has to offer, in it’s 85,000 square foot building. It includes an indoor aquatic park, 35 foot climbing wall, a 3,018 square foot strength training area and much more! And don’t forget the Broomfield County Commons just down the street, on Sheridan Blvd, with 237 acres of open space, an off leash dog park, 15 ball fields, 2 playgrounds, 5 picnic huts and much more.
