While in Anthem Ranch a member of your family must be at least 50 years old (it’s an active adult community) Anthem Highlands has no age restrictions.
This particular video highlights the Monarch Model which is 2,509 square feet and starts in the mid $400’s. As of this writing there is a Monarch home available in March and a couple that will be available in June.
