The Highland Park Lifestyle
History: Homes were built in the 1990’s.
Housing: Highland Park is an incredibly popular neighborhood in Broomfield! Homes sell quickly. Homes and yards are large and most start at around 2,000 square feet at least and can go over 3,000 square feet depending on whether or not the basement is finished. There is no HOA so feel free to park your boat on that huge lot.
Family Fitness: The Highland Park neighborhood is located just minutes east of the Community Park which includes the Bay Aquatic Park, skateboard park, batting cages, tennis courts and another outdoor pool.
Restaurants & Shopping:The intersection of 120th Ave and Sheridan Blvd is only minutes south of the neighborhood and includes shopping and restaurants on all 4 corners of the intersection. Everything from fast food to sit down and casual restaurants are included. A newly redesigned King Soopers and Sprouts are there plus Home Depot and Petco.
According to a recent survey by qazzoo.com a whopping 42% of home buyers complained about a “lack of timely follow up by the real estate agent.” I can promise you, that will NEVER happen with me! I return phone calls and emails 7 days a week.
