Housing: Most of the townhomes in Falls at Legend Trail start at around 1,400 to 1,600 finished square feet and some have basements included. All homes have a 2-car attached garage so no more worries about having to scrape your car windows on those cold Colorado mornings. The HOA is approximately $213 per month which includes the clubhouse, community pool, fitness facility, sewer, snow removal, grounds maintenance, trash removal and water.
Family Fitness: There are 8 miles of walking trails throughout the neighborhood, in addition to both and indoor and outdoor pools, plus a fitness center. The Paul Derda Rec Center is just minutes south of the Falls at Legend Trail where Broomfield residents enjoy a discount on memberships and classes. The huge Lifetime Fitness Center is a short drive away at 144th Ave and I-25. Of course there’s the 18-hole championship golf course with 7,263 yards of golf and frequently rated the best course in Broomfield. And there’s a Koko fit Club and United Studios of Self Defense up at 136th Ave and Zuni St.
