Don’t forget to visit my Condos & Townhomes at the Broadlands page to learn about all the different maintenance free communities available in the neighborhood.
Housing: HOA dues are approximately $200 per month and include the community pool, sewer, snow removal, trash removal, water, fitness center, etc. Homes include 2 car attached garages so no more scraping ice off the car windows! Many of the homes feature gorgeous mountain and/or golf course views.
Restaurants and Shopping: You really can’t get any more convenient than walking across the street (that’s practically urban living! without the crowds though…) to the Safeway shopping center that includes Nick & Willie’s Pizza (c’mon, do you really need any more than that?), Broadlands Liquors (I rest my case), Core Power Yoga, a nail salon, gas station, and a Subway sandwich restaurant among numerous other shops and services. Minutes away by car is the Orchard Town Shopping Center that includes an AMC movie complex, Rock Bottom Brewery, Macy’s, Old Navy, and of course many, many more. There’s also a brand new Cabela’s, and a (soon to be) new hospital.
Family Fitness: In addition to the miles and miles of walking trails throughout the Broadlands neighborhood, there’s also an onsite fitness center available to Village at Broadlands residents. Plus there is the Paul Derda Rec Center located on a few minutes south of the neighborhood on Lowell Blvd. Finally, the enormous Lifetime Fitness is also just minutes east on 144th Ave.
According to a recent survey by qazzoo.com a whopping 42% of home buyers complained about a “lack of timely follow up by the real estate agent.” I can promise you, that will NEVER happen with me! I return phone calls and emails 7 days a week.
No rental or owner carry calls please!
